Drink plenty of fluids to help your body detox. No heavy lifting for 48 hours. If achy or tired after, rest as much as possible. If you are concerned about any treatment responses, please contact to discuss.

What to expect in a Shiatsu session

Appointments are 1 hr. All sessions are confidential. Questions will be asked around medication and life style. How you feel physically and emotionally will be taken into account. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, such as jogging bottoms. ( No jeansplease).
