Anxiety, stress and low mood can often be eased through exercise and healthy eating. We are all different, and all have different goals, circumstances, likes and dislikes, a unique programme is made for each individual to ensure they have the most positive and valuable experience.
Our fully qualified personal training service, complements our other services, to offer an experience of complete mind and body wellness, acting as an add-on service for our hypnotherapy and NLP clients or as an individual service. For example, we can create specific exercise programmes for people who have given up smoking or an exercise plan for people who have lost weight and are ready to improve their fitness.
Whatever type of session you need, we are more than happy to put a bespoke programme together for you. We can be very flexible, meaning you can fit your personal training sessions around a busy family life or work schedule.
Group outdoor exercise sessions
We also offer mixed-ability group exercise sessions in the beautiful surroundings of Shrewsbury. Whether you are looking for light exercise for beginners or you're already fit and prefer hardcore sessions, we tailor our classes to the individual members in each group, so anyone is welcome to join in, all our exercises can be adapted to suit everyone.
Exercising outdoors means you don't have that daunting experience of walking into a gym where you don't know anyone, and being outdoors in the fresh air is particularly helpful for you if you suffer from anxiety and stress.
Although the classes are for anyone, many of our existing clients find that working with a personal trainer who they already have a trusted relationship with, through clinical hypnotherapy or coaching, makes the whole experience much easier.
