Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or Tapping)
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) – is simply put, a mind-body therapy that stimulates traditional acupressure points by tapping with the fingertips, whilst repeating carefully chosen words and phrases.
As EFT incorporates an emotional element into the healing process, it addresses unresolved emotional issues as a likely cause of physical disease, psychological dysfunction, and personal performance limits.
EFT can be used on just about any condition either physical or emotional. Usually with impressively rapid results, whilst being painless, drug free and totally safe.
As session is carried out with the client sitting or standing and no clothing needs be removed.
Someone doesn’t need to believe in, or understand how EFT works in order to get benefit. By the end of a session, the client will know the Tapping points for themselves and so can Tap at home for themselves, whenever they feel the need.
This ‘tapping’ technique is user friendly and suitable for everyone.

EFT was introduced in 1995 by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineering graduate in lifelong pursuit of personal well-being. It’s employs Meridian points (that are used in Acupuncture) and aspects of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
