We are here for you......
We are here for you......
We are here for you
As a health centre that works with dozens of people to ensure their health and wellbeing, we remained open for essential treatments as long as we could. We have no option but to close for the next few weeks until we know when we will be allowed to return to offering physical support
We now have the option of online-accessible services, which many of our practitioners have the ability to deliver.
Online accessible services
Many of our practitioners also have the ability to deliver their services to you at home and the following practitioners can now do online sessions to help you during isolation. We will be looking to offer livestreaming of Qigong and hopefully Yoga classes very soon and will look to create some webinars to help your health as well.

We would also like to share with you some of our recent blogs that may help you during this period.
Our blog on waking your body up each day, containing simple movements and advice on how to treat our bodies well.
Staying active for longer - advice on therapies you can work on at home and information about Qigong, which is available online with Ben.
Helping you get to sleep….many people are experiencing anxiety during this period and are struggling with sleep. This blog looks at some of the actions that can help.
This blog is rather festive but it focuses on relaxation and things that can make you smile. Something we all need at the moment.
The important thing right now is that everyone works to ensure their health and wellbeing at a time when routines may be out of place.
And we remain here for you.
