Zen Meditation - Zen Voices
Our NEW monthly meditation class from 14th November. Split into 2 parts with classic Zen Shikantaza or 'Just Sitting' for the first part of the class, then voice dialogues to allow disowned parts of ourselves to come back into into the fold. Open to all abilities from beginner to the enlightened.
